    Yes! We ship within Australia and currently offer Flat Rate Shipping. We ship within Australia from the start of February to the end of October every year, as we use no hardeners in our was and Australian Summers are not considerate to our products.

  • New Zealand

    Yes! We now ship to New Zealand. We use Australian Post Rates, which will vary depending on cubic weight and time of year. Due to the product we only offer express shipping and only ship from the start of February to the end of October.

  • America

  • United Kingdom

    Not at this stage - we have applied for our VAT and will keep you posted on the progress. We suggest you sign up to our newsletter if you're interested.

  • Europe

    No. Due to the rigerous requirements for the GSPR, we are unable to fulfil any orders from the EU. We do not have any update when this may change.

  • Rest of the World

    We are happy to consider postage upon application for the rest of the world. Considering the nature of our products we would need to assess for adherence.

Shipping

We will send your order in unmarked, discrete packaging via Australia Post and will supply you with the tracking number.

We will not be held responsible for any lost or delayed mail but endeavour to help our customers as best we can, should any shipping problems arise.

Any shipping losses or damages will be claimed through the carrier – Australia Post.

Can we pick up our order?

We do not offer local pickup from our studio, however we are pleased to offer drop off to local events in the Awabakal/Worimi Region.

Refunds & Exchange

All care is taken to protect and cushion our products from the rigors of postal transit. If your item does arrive damaged, please keep the packaging, contact us and include a photo of the packaging and damage to the product. You may need to return the product back to us.

Please be aware that the nature of our products makes it difficult to post during the hotter summer months and should you purchase during this period, we may not be liable for the state in which the products arrive.

Duties & Charges

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, charges or tariffs that may incur prior to the receipt of your parcel. These are payable by yourself, there are no refunds if a parcel is sent back to us for failure to pay for these.
