Shipping, refunds and returns

Shipping

We will send your order in unmarked, discrete packaging via Australia Post, Regular/Parcel Post for orders within Australia and will supply you with the tracking number. Express post is an optional extra. We do not offer priority processing of orders – only express postage.

We will not be held responsible for any lost or delayed mail but endeavor to help our customers as best we can, should any shipping problems arise. Any shipping losses or damages will be claimed through the carrier – Australia Post.

Pick-up/Drop off

We do not offer local pickup from our studio, however we are pleased to offer drop off to local events in the Awabakal/Worimi Region.

Refunds and Exchange

All care is taken to protect and cushion our products from the rigors of postal transit. If your item does arrive damaged, please keep the packaging, contact us and include a photo of the packaging and damage to the product. You may need to return the product back to us.

Please be aware that the nature of our products makes it difficult to post during the hotter summer months and should you purchase during this period, we may not be liable for the state in which the products arrive.

Customer Service

We answer messages in the order in which we receive them.

We are not open on the weekends or public holidays.

Privacy Policy

We do not collect buyers information, add buyers to mailing lists or send promotional material.
